I've visited this location a million times, and the staff there has always been excellent and friendly. Until Today, you all have a new cashier, “Eva” or “ Eve” maybe, but she is rude and unprofessional. I went to buy cigarettes like I've done a million times. I asked the cashier to scan my old 711 key ring tag instead of entering my phone number, and she immediately asked for my ID before she could do so. I said, nicely you can see my ID, but you can not scan it. Now I’m verbally fighting her cause she claims she can only scan. Luckily, there was another cashier. I do not know his name, but he has Dreadlocks (outstanding associate), who has assisted me many times. I ask him to help her. Ultimately, she manually typed my DOB, and I had to enter my phone # for my rewards manually. If she had scanned my 7-11 keychain, Ive been told by other 711 associates at this location that the 7-11 app has my age verified and your POS system recognizes it. Which I didn’t know, but I thought that was cool. I cashed out, and as I was leaving, your cashier called me crazy. All because I do not allow anyone to scann my ID. But that's my last time doing business there.

this location is a complete joke. Walked into purchase some snacks. waited 20 mins in line with 6 others and the woman that was “working” was making food (understandable) but would look at the customer waiting in line and just turn her head and walked away. A manager Laura came out from the back with trash and refused to help the customers in line. I walked out. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Every Last person that works here is a crook I just left out this store the guy in there knew what I came for he is working right now!!! He stop me from buying anything & turned down my business for the 3rd time & I'm a regular he has no experience working with regular's need to be fired right away! It's convenient for the customer & the customer is always right I wanted a pizza & he won't serve me anything hot & I was hungry!!!

04/25/2024.. Once again 7-11 you disappoint. Or I should state the staff member you have working this evening was a joke. No hello. Sucked his teeth and stared I don't know why we are so damn busy tonight. Then rush rush rush.. snapped his fingers and waved me towards the counter when someone was before me. I mentioned for the other person to go, and the cashier with a loud voice waving his hand and snapping his fingers said who's every next I don't care get up here and hurry up. I'm trying to get these damn doors locked.. when I asked for my item. He repeated me with a what at the end. Rude as hell.. smh. Maybe one day!
have frequented this store for many years. I never had an issue with anything or anyone. However, there is one cashier who is the worst person they could have hired to work there. I dont know exactly how long she has been on the job but I know she has worked there for months if not a year now. On many occasions including last night, I have just left my items at the counter and walked out. She doesn't know how to count, she is rude, slow, and acts as if I am a bother to her when I am ready to check out. Telling me to hold on, while she sweeps, or sees me walk up and dashes into the back room. I've dealt with it long enough and last night really angered me. I parked at the pumps. Came in, she saw me. Looked for what I wanted made my choice and went to the counter. I saw her out of the corner of my eye. She darted from behind the counter to an isle. I waited and stood there as my right leg throbbed in pain from muscle spasms, I waited and stood there, silence. I continued to wait and wait my leg got worse, I stood there, i stood there waited made sounds said hello.. and waited. 2 more customers come in and one man got what he needed quickly and stood in line behind me and we waited. He asked me if anyone was there, I replied I think she left. He then sees her, says something to her and she responds very loudly. Oh, uh, hold on. I'll be right there, but I have to finish this order 1st! Her voice sounded as if she needed not to be bothered. So I stood there a few more and as I did the heat started rising in my neck to my ears, my leg was killing me by this point and I walked out to avoid making a scene. Closed my gas flap and drove off. I went to Wawa, filled my tank with lower gas prices than I would have paid and will not EVER return to this location with this person working there! So, if you want to be inconvenienced, or have a clerk huff at you or run off from helping you. This is the store to go to! I am extremely put off by her. 7-11 should be ashamed of themselves for keeping her, I know they have had many complaints on her because she's even told me so her self!

The 7 eleven on 1099 1st Ave. South Winter Haven Florida needs to clean their bathrooms they are very nasty and stinks very putrid.The manager on duty Thursday 21,2024 should be ashamed to allow customers in those bathrooms I would be afraid of catching a contagious disease from out of those bathrooms.I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their bathrooms nor eat any foods that are prepared their.There was no hand soap to wash your hands.Shame on you 7 Eleven for allowing this to happen in your stores call a cleaning service to clean your bathrooms and supply cleaning products top mop and hand soap paper towels to dry your hands.

The absolute worst I was denied service by young female with dreads who told me as I walked in the door on 7/13/2023 at 9:42 that she is not taking anybody and I asked her why and her response to me was I am doing my job and I asked well I just want to buy some chips and she advised me that I can go across the street to circle k and it’s “ONLY RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET” I am still in disbelief what I went through and I hope this message reaches to someone in corporate.
