This is the worst 7- Eleven I have ever been to. The black guy with dreads who works the night shift is beyond rude. He curses customers out for asking about food . Then he left the register and walked up to my car I felt very threatend . He continued to harasse me while I was at the pump trying to show me his money. It's so ghetto. The night shift customer service is the worst and management really needs to enforce customer service from their employees when dealing with customers. Things could have really went left when he approached me being confrontational wth a hand in his pocket. Channel 9 news could hve ended up there for the worst reason. Like why is he leaving his job post to come out side to argue with a customer who is getting in their car to leave

I come here almost everyday to get gas and snacks. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Place is always clean and stocked with everything I need. Highly recommend this location.

I haven't been to this 7-11 in 4 months cause of the customer service and cleanliness of the store but tonight was different. The heart warming and great employees that was on tonight shift tonight were amazing. I felt welcome and very surprised on how organized and clean the store was compared to how it was 4 months ago was a huge head turner. Thank u to the two that were working tonight. Yall just made a customer that will definitely be making a regular stop in from now on.

Everything wrong on my door dash order!! I was really upset!! The can coke was horrible! Y’all gave me the wrong Reese’s chocolate!!My large pepperoni pizza was burnt and cold!I feel like the manager needs to watch the employees! Every order I get is just a disappointment!!

I refuse to stop at this 7-11. Any organizaation which employs the likes of Kody as an Asst Mgr has lost touch with its customer base. I observed him cancel a customer's order and when the customer complained told him he was an asshole and to get back at the end of the line. And to watch the two girls at the register clam up and not speak when his hair got inflamed showed a level of disrespect for them as employees and a level of fear management that has no place in a workforce. Really? And the nature of comfort in which he did it only shows how confident he feels he's beyond the reach of management accountability. Nobody deserves to be disrespected - and certainly not at a 7-11 serving Winter Haven customers.

This store is always dirty. Parking lot is not clean. Drink machines are very rarely working. No wire rack in the fountain machine. Where are the plastic cups? Not every one wants to use or pay extra for styraphome. A couple of the guy clerks are nice and helpful. The others I've encountered are rude and will stand there talking when customers are ready to check out. Prices are alot higher than other stores. Very hard to get in and out of this location if you are coming from the opposite way.

Don't come to this location, extremely dirty and 1 register open with long lines of customers. This was my visit last night between the hrs of 11:55pm - 12:15am not happy about this site being in my community.

This is a good location for gas, sodas, and snacks. It works well if you need a pit stop on the way to Bartow or Winter Haven. It can be a little difficult to get back on the road, which is busy for a smaller road, so be careful.

Every time I go to this store they have a sign s everywere that says they have no change because of the banksbut every store in this couny has change .I THINK THEY NEED A NEW MANAGER .

I always have issues with my card here. When I go to gas stations elsewhere I never have an issue.
