Had an awesome experience today. Rented a 10ft truck and went to pick it up, but unfortunately the person who had it didn’t bring it back on time. There were no other trucks to be had, but instead A1 hooked me up with a trailer which ended up being cheaper. The staff here is amazing, friendly, and even with the minor inconvenience today, I’ll always come back here!

I have used A-1 several times and found the staff to be very professional, knowledgable and helpful . I wouls recommend this facility to anyone looking for great service.

Bad business dealings here. I mistakenly left a expensive item in back of truck. Came back day later to ask where my item was and she called the person that cleaned the truck and asked where the item was in front of me and had the other person on the line talk for 3 minutes. Then the lady says we don’t know where it is. I knew she was lying from the beginning I’m calling corporate and the cops. Wrong is wrong.
