I have been there since its beginning and they are great, Mr. Julio is always very kind and excellent support and everyone who accompanies me, sorry I don't know their names, but I know everyone and I know how professional their excellent services are, from the beginning they support me, the place Excellent Location I love the Privacy, Security and cleanliness, they respectfully take care of everything that is in the storage. I have had an awesome experience with Aplus the entire time I had my unit. I've been with Aplus about 3 years or so and it's always kept clean. Never once a single issue and the staff are friendly and quite helpful. If something ever did arise they handled it right away with urgency. I have had other storage units in the past and the staff was no where near as professional and courteous. The same staff were there when I started and when I left, so employees that stay is also a great sign. Loved the entire experience and if I ever need storage again, this is where I would want to go. Clean, safe, orderly. They get an A plus from me.

Front desk was fast and helpful. Place is super clean. Only complaint is the gate opens too slow and the wrong way.

I had an issue where I had gotten emergency custody of my step-daughter. Regardless of Julio being busy, he made sure that I had everything I needed and went above and beyond anyone I have ever met. He is truly a wonderful human being. He also made sure I was renting the right unit, which I definitely wasn't lol. He made the transition over to the unit I really needed, seamless! I'm definitely glad I called here.

Julio was a wonderful gentleman and made sure that I was able to get into my unit with no issues. He is very polite and professional. The unit was immaculate! I won't rent from anyone else after the service I got here.

What a great storage facility this has been for our family! Conveniently located, very clean, climate controlled, pest controlled, easy access, several options(even outside RV, trailer & boat storage), well maintained, courteous service… A+ has it all!! We highly recommend them. Staff are always quick to provide support and you feel like you are important to them! Ask for Julio, he is the best! Thanks for providing moving carts upon request too, you guys are the best!!??
