I would give a zero if I could. Called for homeowners insurance gave all my information was told they would call me back. Got a callback asking for my auto information. Had no record of my earlier call. Same happened with freeway. Don't use them.

I have been insuring my cars with Acceptance off and on for years. Today I went in to add an additional vehicle to my policy and clear up a few other matters. When I tell you Michelle Robles and Pat Rooney were God sent, I truly mean it. Michelle greeted me right away. Her multi-tasking skills are unmatched. She was friendly, and there was not one inquiry that she hesitated to help me with. This was the best experience I could have imagined recieving. Pat was right there alongside her confirming any further information regarding my policy. Thank you both.
