I paid about $250 to get my laptop screen replaced. Two weeks later my screen was all black and glitchy. I work out of town so I was not able to bring it back right away. I called to see what can be done and was told because it's been over 30 days they will do nothing for me. So now I'm stuck with a broken screen and a loss of $250 bucks. Thanks for nothing. Will never use this place again.Update-9/10/24. After I got a call back saying that apparently my specific screen had a 60 day warranty (not 30) I once again dropped off my laptop, paid a $40 labor fee which was half of the $80 fee I initially paid. About a week later I picked up my laptop, iv had my laptop back for almost 2 days now and so far the screen seems to be working fine.

We took our computer there do to it not turning on. The guys really seem to know what their doing they ordered the parts we needed and they had us up and running again.

Took 3 months to repair a computer I spilled lemonade on, got the computer and it does not work near as well, they down graded all my parts to save them money. 0/10

Took my laptop in on a Friday. Good Friday said they would look at it they diagnose it never got a call. They didn't work Saturday Monday about 5 o'clock. I called him because they never called me and was told that it's almost ready but they closed at 6 o'clock, so I had to pick it up on Tuesday Went to get it on Tuesday and he's making out my bill and computer doesn't work at all. It's worse now than what it was when I dropped it off I recommend this business for computer work or anything I have a small business I was planning on moving stuff over today. I wouldn't advise anyone to take anything that these people they never call you, there's nobody ever working in the place. They're working on a toy when I went to get it on Wednesday not good at all.

My computer was missed diagnosed, dude said it was one thing and def wasn't what he said it was. Sending my computer out yet to another tech. Affordable computer geeks said oh yeah this is the problem! But even though I changed the part out! And my computer still doesn't power on! I have to pay another diagnosis fee again to another tech ?.I'll never bring my computer to this place again .. my 1st and last time....

My husband and I have been using this company for years. We've purchased multiple computers from them and have always experienced top notch service for repairs. Most recently I had a major hard drive issue three days before leaving on vacation. Tristan was awesome getting my hard drive replaced quickly so I could have my computer for vacation. Not a single file was lost! Thanks so much!

Absolutely awesome service. Kind, no hassel, informative and personal. I talked with Mary, she helped me when I first came in and told me some super helpful info to help keep my expenses in my range to fix my shattered laptop screen. Then, when I came back Tristan helped me order all the right parts as to make sure they would have all they needed. When I brought the parts in Johnathan was super great and filled me in on all he'd be doing and gave me a honest timeline. It was ready the next day! I was so impressed. When I came to pick it up Johnathan was kind enough to let me know about some things to help my computer work faster and even told me I took good care of the computer. Quick, trust worthy, affordable and definitely will be recommending to others! No other service like it in town. Thanks guys!
