Love this place! The lady at the front desk is so sweet as well as the staff! They do great with school shirts and they had a quick turn around time and called me as soon as they were ready. Highly recommend

i paid for a shirt, they charged me shipping even before putting my address in, not only that they lost my package and said it was not their responsibility. Well I paid you to deliver the package to me how is that not your responsibility? its like going to a restaurant and you order food to a server, and when you've waited an hour and ask where your food is the server responds with "i don't know go talk to the cook" very unproffesional, overpriced. horrible customer service

Had shirts for three weeks after two weeks I stopped by to see exactly what was happening. I was told we will have them done end of the day Thursday the following week. So at 330pm i called because again hadn't heard from them. Put on hold for a while lady comes back on and says bad news you cant get them till tomorrow, them knowing i had to leave early the next morning with these shirts. I was told well he is leaving at 4 so it wont be done. So I went over to pick my shirts up which were balled up and thrown in a box not folded like they received them. Lazy Not committed nor care about their customers. I do not recommend they will no longer have my business.

Be careful ordering online. I ordered a large shirt for school and it looks like a 1xl, the shirt sleeves fall down to the elbows, very unprofessional look. The shirt with shipping was $44 dollars, ridiculously overpriced and the shirt is of cheap quality. Will never order from here again! The Embroidery was the only detail I liked.

These guys don’t know how to keep a timeline. They told me a week turn around and I come back a week and a day later still not done told would be done by ens if that day. Come back the next day told the same thing. Plus already paid them in full. Very disappointed.

The owner is a problem staff was great but the owner lies. He tells you one price then forgets. I had that happen to me and the person next to me went to pick things up and they said the same happen to them. It is a shame that he is not professional at all. Took advantage but wont admid it.
