Customer service has declined drastically. We have called several times regarding slow speed but all complaints have been disregarded. The support for trouble is decent but if you want anything else, forget it. If it's your only option it will get the job done, but it's not your only option anymore.

They were very nice when they installed my internet over a year ago. I was advised they would be installing better faster internet within that year and I would have to upgrade. It has been over a year and still no upgrade, when I call for an ETA I am told to check back in 2 weeks.. while it’s been months since my last call and I have left voicemails and received no call backs. They are in no hurry to provide the fiber out my way or return a phone call but I have heard they have installed fiber on certain roads within Indian lake estates. Poor quality and poor customer service!

Simple internet that works good for at home work. However were in 2022 and they can't offer more than 30mps. Also if you need payment exceptions don't expect any kindness or understanding

I live in Indian Lake Estates where we only have Frontier (Verizon) DSL as our internet provider. The circuits have been full for years and the system is in dire need of upgrading as we could only get about 2MB/.5MB speeds. This company started servicing me and my in-laws over year ago. It has been exemplary service for what it is. There tech support is great and responds quickly at all times. My only caution to them is, with Starlink coming to Florida this year boasting much higher speeds and comparable latency, they may need to reevaluate their pricing structure as it can be expensive by comparison. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I appreciate that they are the best internet available where I am, I find that I am saying “sorry, my internet isn’t very stable” on every meeting I’m in.Recently support is getting worse. I email them to question network issues. The issues go away shortly after but long before I hear back. They only check the history for the last 15 minutes, long after the issue is gone. That’s it. Ticket closed.As of writing this, unless you don’t have any other options, I’d NOT recommend this service.
