Customer service is amazing and the workers are always nice and very knowledgeable on all of their products. The employees doing a great job and make sure customer is taken care of. This shop is a great spot for all smoking needs. The workers accommodate when they didn’t carry a product and get product in. The store have hard work, dedication and a great shop. This is the best smoke shop in Winter Haven. Mika is absolutely amazing and so sweet. She will definitely make sure you receive the best product at an affordable price. I will definitely be back again.

Just left out of this store , needed something to try and help quite smoking , not only was the customer service from the young lady behind the counter excellent . She didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need . 5 stars to this place . Hard to find good customer service like this anymore

Not sure why there are such negative reviews here, everyone I've dealt with here has been kind and helpful each time I've visited.
