Recently, my grandma backed her car into a cable box. It put a small scuff on her bumper and pushed a lower recessed light in about a quarter inch. She took the car to the dealer and they told her they would have to replace the entire bumper and light and also warned her that there could be electrical issues from water getting in the light (light housing was not cracked, only pushed in a bit) if she didn’t get it fixed and gave her an estimate of well over $2k. After I looked at her car, I assured her if she wasn’t worried about the cosmetic scuff, there was no reason to fix anything but we would get a second opinion. A friend of hers recommended Arrington’s so off we went. We dealt with Nathan and let me start by saying he could not have been more kind and honest. He completely confirmed what I had told my grandma but still wrote up two different quotes in case she wanted to fix a portion or all of the damage. The quote to repair everything to look like new again was around $800, much less than the dealer. My grandma decided she could live with the scuff but I encouraged her that if she changed her mind or ever needed repairs in the future, she should definitely take her car to Arrington’s. I highly recommend them, especially for the kindness and honesty he showed my grandma.

Great family owned business. One that I will personally recommend to all of my friends and family. Not only did they give me the lowest possible price. They took time to answer my questions and make sure I understood the process. My vehicle was done on time and looked better than before. No wonder they have been a family business for over 65 years!!! Thankyou again Arringtons Body Shop. I am on the road safe now and will use your services in the future if needed.

Cannot explain to you the level of quality these people put into there work 65+ years is something to be proud of...THANK YOU and somebody needs to give JW and nate a RAISE never have I ever felt more comfortable not once was I apprehensive...felt welcomed like they actually valued me ...this will be my go to place

This place claimed to have fixed my strut. Went to get my tire alignment done and told me the strut was too bent to even do a tire alignment. They did absolutely nothing to my car.

If I could give Zero stars I would, this place claimed to fix my strut on my Kia. Then I also needed a rim doctor, which I went to. After all that I needed a tire alignment. I went to Tire Kingdom, very great place btw. They told me my strut on drivers side was bent and a tire alignment couldn’t be done. I went back to Arlington and asked them which side they fixed they said passenger strut, the one where the bumper is all messed up.
My bumper is messed up on the drivers side, which is also the side tire kingdom said was bent. These people are scammers! They had our car three days didn’t do anything to it! When I got it back the ABS was on. They messed my car up. I would stay far away from here.

I took my vehicle in to have work done on the front end. From then on the side warnings and auto braking came back. Never had that before. I took it back in twice to have it fixed and they never did. So I had to take it to the GMC dealership in Winterhaven and they said nothing had been done properly. Brackets and bolts were missing everywhere. I wouldn’t take a dog there. I think the one star is a mistake. I took the estimate into them from the GMC dealership and never got a call back from anyone. They just want to get your money.

Bring my car for repairs after a collision and they help me all the way to the end after insurance give me hard time..very friendly and patience with me .Very professional service from Nathaniel and specially from miss kay that dont stop until insurance assist me in a fair way.Now car look like new all my family and friends ask me who do the repairs because was a great job...I recomended this body shop can be a little expensive but you not going to take a $20,000 toyota camry to a cheap body shop..good quality job cost...thank you for the great job in my car.....Noemi

Recently had work done to my 2013 Toyota Land Cruiser and they did a fantastic job. It looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. We will be seeing them again, but for a different vehicle. Lol!
