The store manager does not provide good customer service and if you go to look for service he does not attend to you. This is the second time I have gone and the same thing happens to me until I even think that it is racist, a real shame.

Bought 3 IPhones 15 less than a month ago. The manager Joe told me that since my family had iPhone 11 we didn’t qualify for the iPhone 16 $1000 trade in value. So we decided on the iPhone 15, however, Joe informed me that I could still trade in my iPhone 11 and get $350 trade in value. On Thursday 10/31 I went to the store and spoke to Ken and he informed me I can’t trade in my phone. Ken calls Joe and he says the trade in is only good for the iPhone 16. I told Ken that Joe never said that to me and my family. I called customer service and they said that the store should’ve never told me that and that I need to speak to the manager. I call and speak to Ken and ask him to have Joe give me a call. Here it is Saturday and I am still waiting. I will never go back to that store. Please tell people all the facts before you make a sale. So, if anyone knows where I can sell 3 iPhone 11’s let me know. Lesson for me- NEVER TRUST A SALESPERSON. ALL THEY WANT IS TO MAKE THE SALE!
