He was pleasant, knowledgeable, took his time offered several several different things several different ways that we could do. Things did not force us to take anything was very patient with us and answered everything we felt to the best of his ability. He did a fabulous job. He was pleasant with people as they walked in. I couldn’t ask her anyone better.

The employee NUNO was terrible & had no professionalism at all. We needed assistance with changing over our old phone to new ones we received in the mail from AT&T directly. AT&T said we can go to any store & this was the closest one to my house. Instead of trying to earn my business he tells me he doesn’t have to help since we didn’t purchase from them. Go to the store directly. This office doesn’t care about its clients only making commission. Purchase anywhere else!! BUYER BEWARE!! This is not AT&T’s standard!
