The representative was great. Got us in and out of there in like a half hour which is unheard of…. I do need to go back because I need to unlock my original phone. It did not work with the way they told me to do it. Was a great experience all in all

I honestly don’t know how Joe has a job at this store still after reading the many negative reviews and my personal experience with him today. I came in to pay off my wife’s phone and get it transferred to my account and was also looking to possibly upgrade it. he immediately looked like we were bothering him coming in, and kept refusing to sell us a new phone because “it’s literally the exact same thing” you could tell he hates his job and our entire presence irritated him and as we were explaining to him what was wrong with my wife’s phone he said “well as i’m holding it there isn’t a single thing wrong with it” if there wasn’t anything wrong with it i wouldn’t be willing to pay hundreds of dollars to get a new one. he also then gave my wife a new number and added a new line to my account and didn’t ever active the new number! he never gave us a new sim card or anything, he kept trying to push us out and get it over with. we left to go to another AT&T store and they treated us so kindly, the manager at the new store told us that we were the 2nd customers to come from this AT&T due to Joe’s horrible behavior. AT&T you need to think about this guys job, he’s pushing many customers away.

Had a very good experience until.... showed up for our 10am appointment. Got two new phones, one for wife and one for son. Was trading in my wife's old phone. After being there for 2 hours, was told we can just come on back after the transfer of data was completed and drop off our old phone. So we left got lunch and gas then went to drop off the old phone. Got back inside and were told we had to wait our turn. So this could take HOURS. So left without turning in the phone was told we need ANOTHER appointment.... although we had an appointment to start the transaction for buying 2 phones.... so we will be back after making ANOTHER appointment.
This is an example of BAD customer service. We just purchased 2 phones from you. Take back the old phone without us making ANOTHER appointment or waiting at the end of the line.
We are a customer that starts our memory of AT&T off on the wrong foot on day 1 of these 2 new phones.

I needed to use the restroom and they didn’t have a public restroom. That’s not a good thing. Some people come from long distance just to come to your store to pay their bill. We spent a lot of money on your store and we expect to be treated like decent people, so get a restroom for the public.

Went to AT&T and Shawn was over the top professional and helpful. We left with a lower payment and signed up for TV and Internet. Great service!
