I have had them for 4 years. Nice people but I can't stand thier mobile deposit , it's always getting denied .. u have to put for axiom bank mobile deposit only then when u do it's always some reason they denied it .sick of it. But Low rates is one good thing I can say .

It's sad to say but since they've closed most of their local banks, their customer service has grown worse. Their policies are from the stone ages. They will not even go an extra centimeter to assist you. One of their employees put a freeze on my bank card in error and I had to call today (3 weeks later) to find out he did not send a replacement card. It was their fault yet they could not expedite the process. I may not be wealthy but I've been a steady member for the past 15 years. Well, I'm done. First they made it very inconvenient for local tesidents by moving many miles away - far and out of reach that we can't makedeposits. They refused to help, me even though my direct deposited paycheck goes to them. I have to wait another 3 weeks to see if they are sending a new card. That's so disappointing that I can't withdraw my $ to pay some bills.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This bank is severely understaffed and does not prioritize its clients. Communication is abysmal; getting a response feels like cracking Pandora’s box.
This is the first review I've ever left that isn’t five stars, and it’s truly a case study in how not to run a business. If management is reading this, I highly recommend reevaluating your staffing levels and customer service protocols to address these glaring issues. Have not been able to get in touch with a Loan Officer for the 5+ years we were with Axiom and we are finally fed up and leaving to go to JPM.

If I could put 0 stars I would!!!! This bank is trash , Closing locations it's not cool , I have to drive now more then 1 hr to see a banker??? I deposit a check a normal check , and it's taking over a week to be available??? Wth a just can't wait that long to buy food or pay bills , I m definitely closing my account...00000 stars ✨️

We Love Axiom!! Been with Axiom I'm guessing 8-10 years now. Have I have issues.. Yea I have, but they were handled quickly, and professionally. I just wish you guys offered more services. Like AUTO Loans? or Zelle? there's more. We Love You, but we are starting to outgrow you. :-(

I Just called today on 10/31to see why I had an overdraft on my account. The lady on the phone was very rude and kept laughing when I would ask her a ? This was at 10 am or so. I will be moving to a different bank.

I went to get change for a $20 bill and because I wasn’t a customer I was denied the change. She told me that she couldn’t open the till. Meanwhile, she was on her way to get lemonade for herself and whoever was in the back room. The branch wasn’t even busy. The funny thing is that I’ve had it done before there in previous months. I’ve worked in 3 different banks throughout my life and none of them did we ever deny charge to even a non-customer. When I called customer service, I was rudely spoken to by the customer service representative and then by the manager. I was told that it’s the manager’s discretion to either give change or not. I would never tell a non-customer who could be a potential customer that I couldn’t change a $20 bill into 4 $5 bills. I’ve never seen such poor customer service in all my life.

I've had accounts at this bank for over 7 years. Every time I go there, I am happily greeted by Chellybeth, Emma, Michael, Katlynn and Donna. They are always very helpful and ready to do whatever it takes to fix my issues. It feels like family. I always get excellent service. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

This bank is horrible I signed up for alerts for my accounts to transfer money from my personal to my bussines so I won't be overdrawn and charged for return fees, i had the money to cover the purchase they hit me with a return fee the same day and no alerts,, been at this bank for about 4 years, they changed their systems I had to close and reopen my business account and closed my savings because I could not access them, the problem stated above is one of the many things that make me want to close my account, the many times they blocked my purchases even when I was on tour I had no access to my money and basically starved for my whole tour. This bank is quick to block, freeze and hit you with return fees...but takes forever to fix the problems, call you or notify you with your account and their systems. Even the app have bugs in it. I had 70 bucks in my personal account instead of notifying me or calling me to see if I need to transfer to cover 50 dollars they hit me with 68 dollar return fee for a purchase they didn't even cover...how does that make sense.
