I was told 15-20 minutes wait time on my food but I ended up waiting an hour in the cold. Then employees lack customer Service skills. Food is good but I would prefer to take my money where I feel valued

Great food. Tried the shrimp and grits. Shrimp where huge and cooked perfectly. The mixed fruit lemonade was also very good.
