I needed an iPhone battery. Was happy to find out they had it in stock and could replace it in under an hour. My other option was to drive to Orlando, and I was not interested in doing that. Customer service reps were friendly. Over all great. experience.

I took my iphone to get fixed a while back because its the only phone i have and now the screen is popping out and my phone turns of and on and it never gave me this issue before. Please do not go here they will scamm you and not fix your phone correctly.

Went to see about getting a new battery for my son's phone, the woman working there was incredibly hostile and aggressive. We obviously decided to go to another store. The man working in the other store was not surprised by our experience at Winter Haven and said they have heard that from multiple customers. Considering the Winter Haven location is a franchise, it's surprising they would allow such an unwelcoming presence to drive away business. Go to the Lake Wales store! It's worth the extra drive to recieve a more accommodating and pleasant experience.

I’ll give them 4 stars, but I’d like to make it a 3.5. I came here 2 weeks ago to get my screen fixed because after dropping it at work my entire screen went black. And I couldn’t use it at all. I took it to them and my phone was fixed within an hour and half. I’m thankful for the good and fast service.
Now I’ve had this phone since 2019, and getting the screen repaired after it went completely black would be my first major repair for this phone. My screen never had a crack, maybe a few scratches here and there, but other than that it was a great condition.
While I was at work, I kept my phone in my pocket and was confident it would be secured. I went on break and I now have a nasty crack on my screen, with the corner being shattered. Now again I’ve had the phone for 5 years, and have dropped it from so many places, been pressed up against so many hard surfaces with it in my pocket, hell it was even thrown at my wall! But a crack never appeared. Again 5 years with this phone.
So to see that my screen cracked this easily after paying $140 was irritating. And not only that but the screen slightly lags, and I’m assuming iPhone products have some sort of screen application detector because I got a message in my setting saying my screen isn’t an authentic product.
^^^ now I don’t care about that last part. But I just can’t believe this happened so fast, and after only 2 weeks. Really disappointed

My opinion I would not take another cell phone to get fixed in that location because when Karen put the new screen on my cell now I can't make phone calls or receive calls the screen goes black I got the receive and she said is a 6 month warranty but when I told her the problem with my phone she told me .what you want me to do Im the one ho pay one hundred and seven dollars for a neu screen is not even working.
