Worst bank ever, trying to set a closing date on a small HELOC and it's taking the bank longer than a month when all items are in that is needed to set closing date. My past mortgage with another financial institution closed in 3 weeks. Can't speak to a representative from the local office, when choosing option to speak with local rep, automated menu takes you back to the main menu every time. Ready to close all of my accounts due to poor service.

I won’t recommend this bank. Bad customer service. Closed my account less than 10 days after opening one. They have low ratings for a reason.

I went to Suntrust bank, now Truist. I had fraudulent activity on my account and was told they could to nothing about it once its in pending. Thats when you see it !! So nearly $2000 was removed from my account in 3 months. I finally talked to a branch in Tennessee that told me of coarse they can stop it. No Problem. After loosing alot of money. Its pretty bad when your own bank wont help protect you !! And when reviews are bad says something isnt right.

Incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone there, called multiple times and left voicemails with no returned call. I had to go into the branch in order to ask questions or resolve anything that could be resolved with a two minute phone call. Truist is awful

First let me start by saying i love the girls that work inside the bank but the bank as a whole since they switched from BB\\u0026T to truist is horrible ive had a home mortgage there since it was first sterling i originally fianced 185 thousand and have never had a late payment only owe 17 thousand on that note and the condo it self is worth around 250 thousand so i was going to refinance at a lower rate that they were advertising they suggested 100k total and they would deduct the 17 that i owed go threw the whole process and got turned down oh and at the time i had bout 300k in there bank do yourself a favor and go south state next door

DO NOT USE THE ATM!!!! My boyfriend put in a check, everything went through and it printed a receipt. Then boom it turned off out of nowhere and said restarting. The card was still inside the machine and of course there is no one there to help. So now the card is in there and there is no way of getting it out. This bank was the worst to begin with!

They are not helpful . They were rude . It was not my first bad experience with them. I will not do my banking with them again..
