I had my Wife's Lexus towed by Bertito towing service. I'm happy to say he's very professional and very kind..Bertito was extra careful to protect the paint job of the car and carefully secure the vehicle.. he stopped a couple of blocks down got off the truck to make sure everything was properly strapped and double checked everything.. the flatbed truck was very clean and very good condition and very well maintained that saves a lot about this company... He was very communicated his prices were very reasonable and very responsible, I've used them twice in the last two and a half weeks .I will definitely use this company again..???????????

Can’t beat their service, when no other towing company would answer or their price was to high, Bertito Towing came in with no problem . Hands down one of the best with their price and professionalism. The guy had my truck picked up and dropped off in 30 minutes, he was very patient and new what he was doing. I would definitely call back ???

Juan was simply a life saver. I called late at night after driving the truck and backing into a gutter in the front of my house. I was getting frantic after calling several people and roadside and getting insane quotes. I called Bertito Towing and he answered the phone wide awake. He asked important questions and made suggestions. I also received a very fair quote for a 26 ft partially loaded truck. After further efforts , I called him back an hour later. He showed up very quickly and SHOWED OUT! He was very pleasant and greeted us with handshakes. Then he and his coworker got the job done in literally less than 20 mins ! There was also no damage done to the truck, which was a blessing. He then swung this monster truck around and gracefully backed it into my drive way beautifully! I was so happy I gave this stranger a hug!!! Listen... If you're ever in a slippery situation or even a tight hole( no pun intended) this is your guy! Whatever you need towed, or winched out..give them a call!

Never thought I'd review a towing company but Bertitos deserves 6 stars. So easy to schedule through online chat. Responsiveness is within a minute. You get a quote then schedule the appointment. In my case the driver arrived about 20 minutes earlier than expected and was super friendly, accommodating and courteous as I wasn't expecting him. Price was less than expected and if i ever need assistance again they will be my go to.A+
