You definitely have to watch out for their SIM CARDS! Brought two (2) and they were already used! If your SIM CARD is NOT in a SEALED Sleeve, don’t buy it, period.

Stopped in the store today after spending an hour on the phone with Boost Customer service, which was getting me nowhere. Explained to Stephanie the situation with a lost/stolen phone that I couldn’t suspend and an iPhone that it wouldn’t let me switch to my plan. Stephanie was AMAZING in helping me solve this problem, she went above and beyond making various phone calls over a couple of hours to get this handled for me. I can’t thank you enough. Her customer service is 5 stars all day⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
