I live the fact that I can buy clothes here that fit nicely without having holes in all of them. Cashier was super friendly too

I had the most awesome and successful time finding just the things I need. The staff is so helpful. This clothing store has wheelchair access and handicapped parking also. I have already told lots of friends about this place. Right in Winter Haven. Love it.

I love the clothes here but lately I've been treated as if I was going to shoplift. Followed around, sneered at from around the racks. Just felt so uncomfortable and so unwelcomed that I left. 2nd time it happened. I'm going to give them one more chance before they loose my business forever. Has anyone else experienced this type of treatment from the new staff at Cato's?
