Very bad service I will never go back there and the manager is giving people attitude.

Very poor customer service. Messed up a brand new dress. Not once did we hear our apologizes, let's see what we can do to make it right. Instead we got.... You should have brought the dress back as soon as you noticed, even though we were out of town when we noticed and their store was closed. We also got, you should have wore something else even after I told her that meant we would have had to buy something because we weren't home. The associate wanted me to spend more money because of a mistake they made. I've never seen customer service so bad. She also stated their sign says check your clothes before you go. They DO NOT have a sign placed at the drive thru, which where I picked and dropped off my items. The biggest issue for me is this woman rather argue at every point she could vs ending it with...Our apologies let's see what we can do from here. They have a Hispanic woman that works there. I sure wish she was there that day because she has THE best customer service when I'm there.

Poor service when I go in Wednesdays there lady who be her phone always with headphone she kept getting my order wrong I don’t understand how she works with attitude but avoid going on that day. Lazy, unprofessional, poor service when she there.Services: Industrial laundry

I took a drapery panel in for dry cleaning and they washed them instead of dry cleaning them. Shrunk.12 inches and they said they have no control.
