Just finished speaking to someone at the pharmacy her name I believe was Ana never in my life I have spoken to someone so rude in my life it is so sad that CVS has the need to hired people like that that!!!

Said medicine would be ready for pickup at 1 PM. Wasn’t ready at 5 PM. “15 minutes.” Wasn’t ready in 15 minutes, or 30 minutes, or an hour. Then it was “7:00-7:30”.Thank you for wasting my few after-work hours. Quit saying random times just to get people off the phone or out of line.

Didn't have in stock items I wanted, despite online stating this particular store did have the items. Be sure to call store directly before you waste a trip.

Today I had a very horrid experience at the CVS 400 6th. My doctors office had sent in a prescription for item and see and I and 325 mgI went to the window anticipating that my prescription was ready I was in told that because it’s over the counter they were going to fill it I had surgery last year and was prescribed the same 325 mg and received it from a pharmacist I then intern called my doctors office and they communicated with them via phone they were rude to me at the window and even more rude to the young lady who was assisting me from my doctors office all the way in Miramar FloridaI called back to the store t get his name and they put me on hold after I told them I sending in a bad review based on my experienceAnd thing about it they were not busy not at the window nor inside. And he refused to help me or my son when I sent him inside to look for the iron 325mg.From this experience I will never give CVS my business.My doctors office told me he was shouting at her over the phone.He needs training and removal from office work because he is rude and has a stink attitudeI just got back home totally drained from that experience

I have contacted and used the pharmacy several times with no problems whatsoever. They have bent over backwards to refill my wife's prescriptions in a very short timeframe. I could not be happier with our experiences there. Now there's this pharmacy in Haines City that was chronically out of the meds we need... but that's a different story. This one has never been out and has been the best for us. Be prepared to be greeted when you walk into the store. The guy at the counter is invariably friendly and offers to help you find something. And, if you take him up on his offer, does so cheerfully.

I have never had anything but exceptional customer service from this pharmacy. Each member of the staff from techs to pharmacists has exceeded my expectations even when their workload was really heavy.
