I see they tried to start their reviews over. This pharmacy is terrible they treat customers like crap. Go to Publix next door. As you can see they dont take care of their store either. You get to enter to strobe lights.

Terrible service at the pharmacy, constant issues between them and the insurance companies that we go through. I once waited a week and a half for a prescription to get filled after being seen by my primary. This company really needs to come in and clean house with new staff or new pharmacist because just across the street, the Publix pharmacy, was so much more helpful that I switched to going through with them for all my prescriptions. The hassle and issues and terrible customer service have really turned me off to this place.....
They also do not have the main store or pharmacy listed on here, so if you need directions, tough luck. Just figure it out until you get there.

Worst pharmacy experience I've EVER had. Do NOT go to this pharmacy. I don't know how bad the other locations in Winter Haven are but I know for a fact this one is horrible. The people working in this pharmacy are incompetent and if you don't want to use your insurance they'll give you the run around. I REPEATEDLY told them I would just pay for it out of pocket and they would tell me they couldn't fill it and were trying to call my doctor for an alternative. Turns out they get dinged if you don't use insurance. This place is so unethical. I'm so disgusted with them. I called Publix who was able to get it transferred over and filled it for me NO PROBLEM.

Went for my Covid-19 booster shot and not only was booking the appointment very easy but check-in and process took 5 minutes! I had to wait the required 15 minutes to make sure I was ok. They provided me with everything I needed and end up with 20%OFF shopping coupon for the day!! Thank you. The staff was super nice and friendly and no pain at all!

The pharmacy never has your prescriptions ready when promised. We have been a customer here for many years, but something has changed and we are not happy campers. It is the most convenient to us but we are looking for a new place for our pharmacy. The reason for my low rating is the pharmacy.
