CVS pharmacy does not accept any of the major insurances in this area leading to having to pay outrageous fees for prescriptions. I suggest not sending any prescriptions here as you will just have to go somewhere else.

Would give a negative if I could. Set up a covid testing online and showed up to find out they don't do testing at the site because they only have 1 technical who could do it and that person was not there.The pharmacist called 2 nearby site with similar answers. CVS NEEDS to take down testing availability if the stores no longer do them!!!!

A big thanks to the tech Julie for taking the time to explain the ingredients of magic mouthwash to try to get my prescription filled! She was so very kind and patient on the phone and unfortunately the ingredients were not available at this location (ended up unfortunately having to be fill at Walgreens after she suggested Publix and Walmart did not have the ingredients either) our other prescription were ready and my husband was able to get them picked up with ease after I prepaid online with my FSA card!

Love this store! Everyone on the team is friendly and helpful, always quick to check you out if there is the tiniest bit of a line. They have the cosmetics products I love, travel sizes I need, and even my favorite juice drink. I find myself shopping there more and more because it is always such a good experience--and now I can get rewards and coupons! I got $4 "ExtraBucks" today without even trying! Great store and especially great employees. I'm so thankful for CVS.

This is the first time I am writing a negative review because of a change I have seen in service during my last visit. For some reason they are only allowing you to check out at the self-serve register. I understand if there is a lack in personnel, but this apparently was a managerial decision. This caused long lines and even though there was a clerk standing by to assist, she was not allowed to help people at the regular cash register unless they had a return or and insurance purchase. I am concerned for older patrons who may not have a lot of experience with self serve registers. If a clerk is available, they should be allowed to open the registers if the line is long or for people who are not at ease with using self-serve.

I would like to thank again ANNESA! For working so well with my Dr. s nurse JASMINE! ,for correcting a mistake that a substitute Dr. messed up with my medication. And thank you again for today and as always! Also I wanted to thank Ruben for today with his knowledge about medications and for my vaccines. Also this pharmacy has a great staff that are helpful and work diligently at getting your prescriptions filled quickly! And they too are knowledgeable n professional!
