The owner Tom knows me as my middle name Michael. I say that because from day one when I first met him, he has never failed to greet me as soon as I walk in the door. Ton makes you feel like family. Always willing to give you great advice on cigars. I trust his judgement 100 percent. He has never steered me wrong. Great shop, great prices, and most of all great people. I have made several new friends through Tom's shop. I would also like to mention his employee Jeff. Jeff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products being sold in the shop. Jeff is a great addition to the shop. Cypress Cigars is more like a gathering of friends, it's more than just a business, it's like a family. I would highly encourage anyone to visit Cypress Cigars. You will be happy you did

Great cigar shop in winter Haven, located in a strip mall, they have all the great brands at a fair price. The owner is very knowledgeable and the people are very welcoming. He has water and pop to buy too. Will stop anytime I'm in town. Thank you!!!. Bryons are one of the best.

An excellent place for a hangout and smoke. I’ve purchased cigars from their old location, but today was my first day at the new location where you can smoke inside and it was great. Comfortable seats, TV, large selection of cigars and good company. Jeff (I believe his name was Jeff, I’m terrible at remembering names) and I had great a conversation and I was very pleased with the atmosphere and relaxed environment. I will definitely be back soon and I’m looking forward to it.

This place is a great place to not only buy cigars but to sit on a lodge chair and enjoy a smoke. I'm no connoisseur of cigars but the energy here is very relaxing. Highly recommend this place. The owner, Tom, has beautiful energy. The crowd that comes to shop is mixed, which adds to the great atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend, especially if you are a novice.
