Do not order online ship to store. I got the email my order is at the havendale store. So I went to get it yesterday and the lady acted like I didn't say anything when I asked her about my products. She rang up the next customer. So I then asked her again she says I dont know anything then calls the manager on the phone she says she dont know but to call today at 12. Ive been calling for 2 hours and now one answers the phone.

This Family Dollar is a good store. Nice employees that don't make you feel bad if you have a return. The store is clean and so is the bathroom. But I don't like having to ask for a key to use it! The isles are usually clear, not to much clutter. The wait is minimal. Parking is good too.
