Simple process. They do not have the capability of using a QR code from FedEx so you have to print out your label in advance.

Everyone is so quick and prompt. If there is a line, it's not for a long time that you have to wait.

Can get on your nerves at times when there equipment does not work right. Or sending you to another location only be told they can't or won't print the return label. However some do actually honestly try and be as helpful as they can be.
