Made an appointment for an oil change 8am. It is now 9:30am and my vehicle is still sitting in the lot waiting to go into a service bay as 3 other vehicles that arrived AFTER me went in ahead of mine. No one at the service desk.

Fast & courteous service!
Everything explained to me in a way I could understand.
I love the way they printed out my receipt and also sent me a copy
Of the bill for my records.
I wasn’t even in there for an hour.
I had one tire replaced and an air filter.
They made my day!

We have been bringing our car here since we moved here 2 years ago. The staff and service is always top notch, however if they would either keep the tv off, or turn off felon backer tv stations, that would be aces and 5 stars.

Took my car in to get AC checked was told I had a leak and needed a part replaced to fix the leak. Well paid for them to fix the problem. I paid $200 + just to enjoy the ac for the day because I STILL have a leak.
So now it’s something else they misdiagnosed my AC and I lost out on my money to fix something that wasn’t the problem to begin with.

I took a tire with a slow leak to get fixed. Took 4 hours and $21 and my tire that is now missing the valve stem cap still has a slow leak. I paid for nothing.
