I used to shop here a lot and it's been remodeled so it looks very nice and clean. However, unfortunately it's kind of a dying store. Not just this one but gamestops in general it seems. They used to have like three people working all the time and now they have one. The last few times I've gone in, the worker doesn't even look at us. They look bored and disinterested. I know most people get digital games or order online now, but there are still some good things you can find here. They focus more on figures, cards, gaming accessories and other merch now and sometimes you can find items on clearance. But overall, I'd rather support other small local geek culture / gaming stores over a dying chain.

I just wanted to say thank you for Jesse at the store on Hwy.17 in Winter Haven Florida. He is very polite and knowledgeable about all the products. My initial visit with him I purchased some stuff and ran into some problems not related to the visit but Jesse was there for me and he eventually solved my problems. Thanks again Jesse!

They have more Nintendo switch games I didn't know had physical copies of, definitely a place to go for those had to find Nintendo games

I was in this game stop about a week ago. The gentleman that helped me, I cannot remember his name, however, even tho the store was extremely busy and I had a wait, his customer service skills and work ethic have earned this location my business. Even tho slammed and being early he was opening the store by himself, he held his composure and never took one second away from the customer whose then had come. I do remember his proffesionalism and that he was bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English. I regret not getting his name, but having that man as an employee has assured that I will find out bc I will frequent the store for my entire family. Absolutely great experience and I look forward to my next visit.

They will sit here and sell you PlayStation cards you can ask them three times if there are enough you go home pay your PS plus and then you have to pay taxes that they never told you so you cannot play also PlayStation is taxing nothing which is illegal

Parking lot is very busy, store is decent and clean. Staff was friendly Drove over an hour to come pick up an item was not disappointed
