I've been using this location every month for 6 years and up until a handful of months ago I always had a positive experience there. Staff was always friendly, communication and returning of phone calls were on point and quickly answered, wait times for med fills were a short and sweet 10-20 minute wait. These last handful of months Ive noticed a big decline in service, between staff not answering several phone calls throughout the day and not returning voicemails at all, opening 20+ minutes late after the scheduled re- opening time at 1pm, and having to drive to the physical location (in my case it's a 35 minute drive each way) to get in contact with someone so I can get my meds refilled due to no one answering the phones or responding to voicemails.. my last experience, I had called multiple times and left multiple voicemails to get one of my meds refilled, after 3 days I had to send my boyfriend out to the location in person to get it refilled. At 2pm they told him they won't be able to refill it until the following day (today). This morning/afternoon I called 3 or 4 times to see if it was ready to pick up. no answer, other than the person on the second call who picked up the phone and immediately hung it back up without saying anything. Third call I left a voicemail. Voicemail was not returned. My boyfriend made the 35 minute out there again to get in contact with someone about my medications. He arrived at 1pm when they're scheduled to re open, and they did not open up the window until 1:20, with a whole line of other people there waiting to pick up their meds. Overall, communication is seemingly non existent, and I will be using the genoa Lakeland location where I've had a lot better experience with their staff and customer service. But with this location, management needs to step up and address this issue as well as taking the proper measures to ensure better communication between their staff and patients.

Medication refilled there. Have been trying to contact them to get my Rx and they won't return my call and have made no attempt to contact me or get my medication to me. Just tried calling again and they hung up. I've dealt with many disrespectful businesses as many people from rude places are moving to Florida. This business makes them all look good by comparison. Awful. Been out of my medication for a month and have been trying to contact them for just as long. Is 0 stars an option?
