My fiance and I came to Winter Haven to visit his mother. He wanted to get a hair cut and a beard trim. Ashley did a great job on his hair and beard trimming. I was not sure if I wanted to get my hair trimmed up or not. Tina helped me decide. Both Ladies did an amazing job.
Stylist: Tina was very kind and professional. She knew what she was doing. I asked for long layers and for her to use thinning shears on my very thick and unruly hair. She did everything I asked perfectly to a T. I will be going back to get more layers and a balayage done in the next few weeks.
Ashley did a great job on Shane's hair and was fun to deal with. She even left his mustache so I could take a picture before she trimmed it up to match the beard. We all laughed and had a great time.

Me and my husband went this past Saturday and they totally messed up his hair. The bangs were uneven and the sides, well one went up and one went down!

Do not ask T to do a cut even with a photo to illustrate the cut you want the cut I received was one of the worst cuts I have had in a very long time and that is saying something MS.T if you are unable to cut a certain style then you should speak up and let your customers know your limitations

I got the worst haircut I’ve ever had at this place today (by the lady with the long blonde hair at the Great Clips on Cypress Gardens Blvd). I asked for three inches off and non-choppy layers. She cut six inches off and gave me the choppiest layers I’ve ever seen. I just can’t figure out what she was thinking giving me this cut! I won’t be wearing my hair down for at least six months, until I can cut off this mess she created. My mom was with me and saw what she was doing to the back of my hair so she walked up and told me because she knew I’d hate it. The lady cutting my hair smugly responded, saying “I’ve been doing hair for 12 years, I know what I’m doing.” Yikes. Highly recommend not letting her touch your long hair.

Samantha was Soo awesome. My son is 5 and is on the spectrum and doesn't always do good with haircuts. Samantha was so nice to him and was so patient and kind. She was a blessing and I will be returning to her from now on. LOVE HER ?
