“There are plenty of gyms in town, but this one wins my vote for BEST ALL-AROUND. First, the coaches and members are friendly, and you can feel that they care and want to celebrate your success. They encourage you to show up, do your best, and have fun. The coaches are focused and give good feedback. The programming is constantly varied, challenging but scalable, and the coaches are skilled at helping you individualize the workout of the day. From couch-to-CrossFit, you won't need to feel intimidated. Also, you won't feel the elitism amongst top athletes that can be common in this type of gym. This community has that true family feeling, where everyone belongs. This is also one of the cleanest CF gyms I have ever attended, and it has plenty of bathrooms and equipment for its members. It's obvious that everything here has been carefully planned and executed to position this gym to be the best.”
