Although I didn't end up purchasing my latest vehicle from here, I can honestly say they were the nicest people I worked with. I inquired early in my search before narrowing down to a color that unfortunately they never got in, and the communication couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. Once I even inquired about an out-the-door price, something that other places would lie to my face about or just refuse to provide, and I had the full offer sitting in my inbox within minutes. Really appreciated that and had they had the color I was looking for, I'd have not hesitated to zip down there ASAP and hammer out a deal. In a world where we're all looking online and searching far and wide for a great deal and a fair price, this was a standout dealership. Thank you for all your help, James, and I'm sorry I was too picky on colors.

It used to be great, the guys used to show us how everything was during the inspection through video, they always did their best to give you the discounts they had running whenever you asked, but now, they just have people that want to scam you over by charging you more than the specified price when you call. They don't show you the inspections anymore. Most in the parts department don't know what battery goes with what, and sell you the wrong thing, they refused to take responsibility for their mistakes, and they laugh at you for wanting them to take responsibility for their mistakes. The car wash people have become lazy, and won't come greet you at all when you go for a car wash, so you can't get a car wash, and you need to speak with the supervisors to get what you need done. If this is what the Winter Haven location is going to be like, I'd rather go back to the one in Kissimmee 2 hours away and wait the 4 hours for my car to get serviced, at least there, they're a bit more honest about screwing you over.

Had 5 maintenance lights come on all at once when I was in Winter Haven last week. I figured there was no better sign than this to stop and get my Honda Pilot checked out. Pulled in to Winter Haven Honda around 3:00 and was promptly greeted by Fabian in the service lane. He was outstanding from start to finish. It was no problem to get me in without an appointment and he quickly shared with me what each of the service lights meant and exactly what it would cost me to get everything fixed. He also identified several open recalls and assured me that they could get them taken care of within a few hours, too.Their customer lounge was a great spot. Lots of complimentary drinks and snacks and they even had a private area where I could knock some work out while I waited.Fabian kept me up to date as my vehicle moved through the steps and they were able to get me back on the road in under 2 hours. Pretty impressive for an improptu stop with no appointment.NOTE: I have made appointments at other dealerships in the past for just a simple oil change and had to wait for hours for them to complete the work, so this was a welcome surprise. Thanks again Fabian and the Winter Haven Honda Service Team. Outstanding Job!!!

Brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Yeah charged me twenty dollars for incense filter??? Crazy got my twenty back but had to smell incense for a month. The the next oil change I brought it to a different dealer. They discovered the last dealer (winter Haven Honda. Vandalized my car. The tech stripped a major screw and wrote on the underside "good look"He ment good luck. Can't spell if you know what I mean. After several calls to report. I finally spoke to management. They repaired it but did not apologize or compensate me for my troubles.Stay Away!!! Manager is John. Owner is Joe. They don't care.

I went to test drive a car, and the sales person seemed so uninterested. He did not inquire about what I wanted and was quiet during the test drive. The experience was uncomfortable to say the least. At the end of the test drive, he gave me his card and that was it. I have a feeling it was due to my age that I did not seem like an eligible sale. It completely turned me away from purchasing the car from this dealership, so I went to regal Honda and ended up purchasing the same one from them with a much more pleasant experience.

I recently had a terrible experience with salesperson Mustafa at Winter Haven Honda. It started when I inquired about a 2022 Civic and should have ended when I learned of the mark-up over MSRP. I told Mustafa I wasn't interested. But Mus (pronounced "moose") insisted that he could give me an amazing deal because the car was in stock. I asked, "what's an amazing deal?' And he replied MSRP. Okay, it's not the best color, but please give me the out-the-door number with taxes, etc.Well, that's when Mr. Bigshot "Mus" went silent and didn't respond to my messages for two days. Finally, on the third day, he wrote in a text $33K plus tags. The MSRP was $31,145 and, with tax, is about $33K. It sounded right to me. I knew there would be the dealer and transfer fees, etc., so I was expecting an out-the-door price of around $34K. So I ask for the number I need to write on the cashier's check, and after another day, I receive a screenshot with numbers totaling $38,712. What's the deal? It has the wrong sales tax rate; it has $400 for plates, a $2605 "market adjustment," and a $995 "Luxcare" package. What a joke. Mr. Bigshot isn't even allowed to write a quote. He sent a copy-and-paste image from some boilerplate deal written by his sales manager. So, after all these years of enlightenment, it's still the same old story of bait-and-switch with new car dealers. But Mus wasn't done. He further insulted my intelligence by exclaiming that he didn't have an incentive to do business with me because I wasn't financing or trading. Wow, I never learned that one in sales training. If only every business owner would treat car salespeople and their managers as they treat us. "Dinner, sir?" "Sorry, we don't have an incentive to serve you unless you grease our palm." My father referred to car dealers in the '70s as crooks and chiselers; they haven't changed much.

I am blown away at the quality of service I received today at Winter Haven Honda! After scheduling an appointment for the Honda dealership in Lakeland and having major issues with them, I was skeptical. However, I was able to cancel my appointment with Lakeland and reschedule with Winter Haven (same day!) and they got my car IN and OUT of service in 30 minutes! 30 MINUTES! That's the fastest oil change/service I've ever received here in Florida. The staff members were all so kind and caring, and did their best to get us in and out with practically no wait. We felt very cared about and heard when expressing concerns with the mechanics. I'm so grateful I found this location, they definitely gained a new loyal customer! Thank you for giving the best customer service I think I've ever seen at any dealership service department!

They seemed nice but I wouldn't trust them again. I towed my car in after it began to make a chattering sound from the transmission. The then called me back and said the noise is because my car is lowered. I told them the car has been lowered from the day I bought it and that sound is new. I explained that if the car is not moving and is in neutral and you release the clutch pedal, it does the sound. They said it's because the cars low. It's almost like I was talking to people who don't listen. When I continued to kindly tell them how to duplicate the sound I'm hearing the service advisor had me come in just so I can waste more time. I showed him the sound and he heard it but the technician refused to hear it claiming low cars make more sounds. Not only did I pay money to safely tow my car there. I paid money to Uber there. And then the dealership charged me 150 to basically lie and tell me nothing was wrong with my car. This happened about two days ago and I'm writing this because I just finished pulling my own transmission out and I kid you not the throw out bearing is cracked and luckily was the only damaged part. I will not return here. At best this is a place to waste money and time. Two things which I'm trying to save you, the reader.

Wouldn't use this dealership again. I got an instant quote from KBB. The number was $2440. The dealerships job is to go over the checklist from KBB and ensure that the list was filled out correctly by you. An associate did this. When he came back he did the jerk you around BS of "calling his manager over". They lowered by $440 because of faded paint(the paint was faded). They never gave the updated checklist or new quote from KBB and I just went along with it because the whole point is I don't want to haggle and fart around at a dealership for hours. I'm pretty sure they just ripped me off because none of the quote I got from KBB when I checked around to see what would happen if I did get knocked for something was an even number... they offered $2000 even. I'm pretty sure this was just some garbage by the seat of their pants tactics and not the guarantee I was supposed to be getting. Either way, they didn't provide the report or evidence they were supposed to. I would just avoid them, it took forever and I still got the dealership jerking you around experience.

On December 20, 2020, they performed filter and oil change on my CR-V. Instead of using genuine Honda parts, they used Napa filter. They did not install the genuine Honda filter and did not mention anything about it. I notice it yesterday when I decided to perform the tune-up by myself. They are not being trustful with their customers and are replacing genuine Honda parts for generic parts. I will not trust them anymore and will think twice to go there again. If by any reason I must go, they must have to show me the parts they replaced on my vehicle. You make your own judgement!!
