Very disappointed in two veteran H&R Block employees in Winter Haven, Florida 6th St office. Brian Sharack for one lied just about everything that came out of his mouth. It was obvious he didn't want to help us. He lied that he sends people over all the time to the Lakeland government office. That was a lie because I had been there before and they are closed for the rest of the year. Then he lied that he took my documents scanned and uploaded to MyBlock. He gave them back to me which I don't believe he even copied them. He handed them back to me and told me to create an account which I already had. He lied that he couldn't get anyone over the phone the phones were down. I told him to try one more time and when he did so funny it started to ring. Don't play games with me. Then he said it's best to make an appointment, knowing full well appointments are 2-3 months out or longer. He was terrible a disgrace to your company, because I am a paying customer. He and the lady in the office never wanted to help at all. He should not represent you any longer. The lady with him complained the whole time. You all can do better than that. An unhappy customer has spoken! 0 Stars!
