I would definitely recommend them to do your taxes. It was my first time to file with them and Gale Vere was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to explain in details each step through the whole process. The lady at the front desk was super nice also. I will go to them again.

HORRIBLE!!! RUN!!!! Unprofessional. Piss poor service. If you want your taxes to not be filed properly or at all, this is your place. If I could give zero or neagtive stars I would. Sloppy work, unorganized, and shady managment. The "district manager" Tavia Davis is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her own employees let me know if this as I was filing my taxes in office. They will not file your tax return and keep your money. They lie to corporate when you complain. Horrible would never recommend

Horrible service. Rep for 2018 taxes failed to give tax credit for solar. Had to pay for ammendment. I gave the paperwork to rep for 2020 & told him that I should get credit for 2nd set of solar & he failed to include it & he made me pay to amend. Also he didn't sign papers to go to IRS so I had to go back for his signature. Glad I caught it before I sent off or IRS would have kicked it back. I thought I was paying for professional service but not the case. I WILL NEVER USE H&R BLOCK AGAIN.
