Came to the store, bought a yard of fur, and i was supposed to SEE the price that was once $30 now $50, but I didn't mind because I had a coupon. bought it, went home and realised the backing was too thin so I came back to return it, and was told I couldn't "reuse" the coupon when it was still on the app? So ended up buying half a yard of fur and on the reciept was the same coupon ?? only Good thing was the kind cashier at the front :)

Will always go to the store if I ever need help finding anything the employees are very helpful and very polite would recommend for anyone especially anyone new to the area

Friendliness of the staff is hit or miss at this location. Today there were so many carts sitting in the middle of the aisle and product on the floor, that you couldn't even walk down some of the aisles. The restroom was disgusting. Used toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. ? I'm not sure who manages this store, but it could definitely stand some improvements.

literally the rudest sales associate, Aspen. sick of it. everytime we go in there. complete disrespect. will give just absolutely horrible customer service to not only myself but my friend as well. we frequent joann’s as we are business owners and my friend is a designer for their career. This employee will not help us with anything, will visibly disrespect and then refused to help us find the spot for where the correct fabric goes. Started rolling their eyes and had horrible behavior. This is not the first time this is happened and I’m sick of it. This used to be a great store to come into and now the only good customer service I get is from Brayton.

I've been to plenty of Joann fabrics, and this one was super small. I needed canvas and paint, and they had hardly anything available. No higher end paint whatsoever. I would expect a city this size to have a better Joann. It's not the employees' fault. They tried.

I was pleased with the selection of materials to choose from. I was looking for fleece. It was all 50% off. The customer service representatives were all kind and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The sign outside made me think the store was closed. Time for a new sign. There was a lot of stock out on the floor. And I was looking for paint and there wasn't much to choose from. But I was very happy overall with my visit.

I dont give 5 stars easily as i feel there is always room for improvement. I was looking for a material to cover some benches I built found something I liked and presented my plan to the associate who turned out to be very helpful answering all of my questions and even giving me a few tips.

Super staff! Came into the store with a list to create a new sewing project and the staff on duty shared all the steps I needed to follow to make the project "work" and look professional. Awesome group, as well as fabrics, notions, and jewelry-making supplies. Store was very clean, and supplied with everything I needed.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Not only was Taylor annoyed with cutting the fabric but after that she went up front to the register and proceeded to whisper to the other cashier and both were rolling their eyes at us. I understand that maybe you were having a rough day or maybe it was busy but that is NO EXCUSE for treating paying customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
