2nd time now in a row making an appt that they did not keep. First was me and my girls now my appt. Even got the confirmation for appt both times. No one there this time and no one answering phones. When my girls got their nails done immediately chipping. For my 14 yr old they rushed through nails and pedi and charged more for her special nails that didn't stay. Very disappointed.

Came to this place and it was closed, even though both Google and the sign on the door said it was open on Sundays. To make it more confusing, the “Open” sign was also lit up. Very disappointing and a waste of time. Please update your hours if they’ve changed.

Professional feet washer. This guy just washed my friend's feet and was looking at me and her in the eye as if he didn't understand what he was trying to do. He did not remove the cuticles or shaping the nails. He just keept asking $10-20 more to properly do my nails. He charged $40 for regular nail polish and $15 more for gel. A bunch of guys in the salon didn't even know what they were doing. they just learn how to apply Polish and steal people's money. I found this ridiculous for charging people for that much money and cannot properly do the pedicure.
Cleanliness: The employee did not remove the cuticles and just wash my feet. Then went about to apply the nail Polish. You guys are crazy.
