The best former company would contact me once every 4 months to say I was eligible for 3 months worth of supplies then send the wrong size and insist I had to pay to get the correct size
Lincare sends me a text with a link to go online for what I am eligible for and in CORRECT size
Wish I could add another five stars my friend that doesn’t use electronics anymore than she absolutely has to called them yesterday and let them know there was a hole in her hose. That was yesterday late afternoon. It arrived before bedtime today so that she can use her new CPAP hose

Lincare is the best. Always ready to supply new product when you run out or newly needed accessories. Order by phone or online. Their workers are both polite and efficient. If you have a mechanical problem, they send a technician out ASAP. They are the best option for oxygen at home.

I’ve been using Lincare for about 30 or more years for my Sleep Apnea. I find them to be very reliable and helpful with all of my needs. They stand behind you with every problem until it’s resolved. I would like to think this will always the case.
I’ve used them for other medical projects that have affected me and my family.
I would recommend with no reserve.

I use Lincare for my oxygen supplies. They are quick to bring what is needed and when an order is placed it comes the next day. I had a problem with my machine and someone came right away to fix the problem.

They are excellent for me... they serve me in Spanish and with a lot of respect and patience they explain and answer all my questions... I don't remember the names Marlyne and Jaime very well... Franki... in services in Spanish they are 100% recommended... many Thank you for helping me facilitate my equipment replacements.. do not hesitate to contact them..

I did not want to drive to Winter Haven. I asked them to come to my home like they always have. They said no they can’t it’s to far! Ya think!!!
i was lost for an hour because the information that was given to put in my gps was incorrect. Lincare. was here in june delivering a nebulizer. As soon as I can I’m changing vendor!!!
The folks in the office were very kind and this is not their fault.

My dad was released on a Sunday morning. Within two hours of being at home, Amanda had delivered and installed all his oxygen needs. She showed both my dad and mom how to use all 3 machines. Thank you for such kindness and patience with all of their questions!!
