Had a delivery today and the gentleman went over and above to help me. He even brought in my trash bin but not before emptying the water out. How refreshing to have a company hire such outstanding employees. It has restored my faith in humanity. Awesome customer service from Kelly and so helpful and kind delivery gentleman

I have been trying to get a new CPAP since January of 2023. Lincare never once called me to let me know there was a problem with my DOB and insurance. I had to see my Apnea DR twice, the second time we thought we had everything all set. Terry from Lincare REFUSED to call the INS. Co. She said it was my responsibility to call the INS CO and not hers. Now after she and I had a testy conversation is refusing me service. I did NOT know that Terry owns the Lincare Company. Well she doesn't. I have filed an official report with INS CO against her and Lincare. Next stop Filing an official report with Lincare Corporate Headquarters. Extremely unprofessional behavior from a medical product office. What I understand is I am just one of many that Terry has treated so poorly.

Everytime my mother's stuff gets broken they say, "well you could take her to the hospital." Instead of doing thier job. They colse for a week when a storm comes, and never do routine check ups on equipment. For three days we have called and for three days equipment has been broken and for three days my mom has had oxygen only when she sniffs through her nose on a tank sequence. Three days and I even offered to go and get a new machine myself and bring the broken one. No they are at home with thier loved ones whom they would never do this to. Nobody seems to care about others anymore.

Worse Customer Service EVER. This is the first negative review I have ever written and can not stress enough, Beware - do not use this company. Horrible - Horrible - Horrible. 3 calls, all that answered saw my sons rx for equipment, Get rudest person lady today, no rx there. 4 weeks later my son with asthma has no working nebulizer machine.

Terrible phone matters and seem completely annoyed while talking to customers/patients. I find it very unprofessional and just sad taking into consideration that this company is working with the special/additional needs community.

Lincare is a horrible company I DO NOT RECOMMEND them. My mom had a Cpap machine with them. The billing department NEVER returns calls. My contact person in WH Kay even gave a message to the billing department for me and they still NEVER called. Today I spoke to Danielle in the ICARE department (total disrespectful human first she couldn't find the pt, then she said she couldn't speak to me, I stayed on and she finally found the neccessary paperwork to speak to me.) I called Kay on March 7th (not the 1st time I had spoke to her) to return this machine due to pt having a collapsed lung and not being able to use it. Kay said I could bring it in the next day March 8th. Now Lincare (the unprofessional company that doesn't return calls) expects a payment because I did what the employee told me and brought it back in the am on the 8th. Danielle and Kamila said the billing started on the 7th of the month; and Kay wouldn't have known about billing because she doesn't work in that department. 1)Kay shouldn't have been helping me to begin with if it wasn't her job and she should have told me that. (Spoke to her several times because she's the only one that I could get through to) 2) If Lincares own employees don't know their job or billing cycle; why do they expect the patients to! RUN.....RUN....RUN...this company is a NIGHTMARE!!!! The 1.9 rating should tell you something.

This store cannot be got in touch with. I went to the door and it was locked with a sign saying I would have to make a reservation. I have called at least 3 times and no one answers the phone. How do you make a reservation if they won't answer the phone? The gentleman that installed the equipment was very nice but Sara Osborne who is the sales representative is a joke. Just as soon as We can change companies we will.

We have been trying for MONTHS to get my husband's records transferred from Tennessee to here, they ALWAYS say they haven't received it blah blah blah, never we'll check & get back to you! The really nice helpful folks in Tennessee keep sending/calling to verify they have everything they need & they say yes we got it, so we wait & wait to hear from them NEVER happens so we call again & again & again we are still waiting. Thankfully they do send oxygen so he can still breathe. Praying for them that they can get it together soon.
