My mom went in today. Horrible service! Nails looked terrible! Kim the owner rushed through services. Burned her cuticles. There was another customer in that had been in for several hours that had to have her nails redone because of how bad they were. Would not recommend!!!!!

Extremely pricey I got a very short French gel set & paid 115 for just the nails… which is fine but just fyi not budget friendly. NOW MY PEDICURE…. was extremely rushed lumpy & discolored im extremely bummed when i pointed out the imperfections i was silenced.

My toes were okay but my nails are awful! There is glue, and paint everywhere on my nails. I told her several times that lines on my nails shouldn’t be that thick! And these are the nails I’m stuck with for my birthday trip! On top of that I told her I did not like them at all! And she just kept saying they were pretty!!!! I will never go back here a day in my life!Services: Acrylic nails

I requested pink and white nails. The procedure is something I have never seen before whereas you do the pink first as the base. Then scrape off about 2 inches to fill the tip with white acrylic. The problem is when she brushed the white onto the pink it became sloppy. She was being observed by another tech and giving guidance. I got so upset that I was having chest pains. I left and came back to discuss the issue. A lady responded that she will fix the issue so I waited. Two other ladies walked in and they were escorted to a chair. Mind you I am still waiting. I sat for about 20 minutes and they just ignored me. Then one lady took a picture of the horrible nail job then walked away. I got so mad and decided to call my bank and ask for a refund.

Do not go here. The lady who did my Pedicure, ripped my nail and cuticle until it was bleeding. Then she added acetone on it! My toe nail was burning ! On fire! Told her to leave my toe alone. Then she charged my card 2x... it was a disaster! Do not go here..I wouldn't take my dog back to this salon.Service: Pedicure
