Would not buy an appliance from here. I bought a refrigerator that leaked from the bottom brand new within a week of buying it. They would not swap it out because we did not buy on the Lowe’s card. So we have to get a new refrigerator repaired by the company we bought it from. Lowe’s did not stand by their lemon. Nice job Lowe’s. I promised the manager, who Javier, who could authorize a switch out, but chose not to. He could care less that I would never shop there again. Nor did he care that I was going to blast this on social media. What a trash company.

Placed order online to pick up at store. Upon reaching to the store I noticed my item got switched to another location 20 min from the original. No notification, explanation, nothing. I went into Lowe’s to see why my order was switched to another location and if I can cancel and I just purchase the item in the store. The associate said they were many of the items in stock on the shelves and she did not know why it can switched to another Lowes. I ended up canceling and purchasing in the store. Do better Lowes! I’ll stick with Home Depot
