Went in to return a garage door opener and get another brand. Returning kiosk was problematic, but, got through it and staff were very helpful on info needed to secure items.

Understaffed. Not a single register had a cashier available except for the one helping out folks at the self+checkout. They usually have what I need when I visitWon't go to their big competitor because of their political affiliations.

Lowes Is good if costumer spent money but if you got craftsmans tools they put 1000 excuse and tell you need go to the website to be able to exchange your broken craftsman tools first time I was in Lowes they ask me for receive for a tool I had for over 15 years and I buy in sears is no way I have the resive. I will never buy another craftsman tools in my life. Next time I go to home depot and get husky tools they have beter warranty

This store is ridiculous at trying to get help. You have to go around and find people. Multiple wife showed an associate a picture of a sprinkler riser she needed and the people gave her an incorrect item. The store refused to return the item without a receipt or putting it on a gift card. Why a gift card if the inventory at this location is always wrong. I need the cash we paid for it back so I can go to Home Depot. I tried talking to the assistant manager Javier who obviously should not be in that position as he became argumentative over a $2 part that clearly came from Lowe’s.I filed a complaint with corporate and with the Better Business Bureau as this location continues to go down hill. The air compressor out front has been broken for months the store is not inventoried or managed properly and staffing is another issue.At Christmas time we came to get a tree and no one was able to man the outdoor tent. When we asked if someone could help us we were told no they closed it down for the evening due to a shortage of workers but you go inside and see workers talking on their phones or to each other in other departments.Fire exits blocked, slip hazards, homeless people using the bathroom in the sheds yeah not to mention the osha violations. You need to check your employees and their terrible attitudes. They never help when youre trying to find something. Today was especially worse for their attitudes. I had accidentally knocked off a can of paint from a shelf. I immediately got an employee and apologized and asked if I could help clean it up, he told me no, it was okay, they would handle it. He then went and got the older woman with curly hair who was working at the paint counter. She starts ranting and raving about how who did this and yelling so loudly about how I didn't even clean it up. Then proceeds to talk bad about me in front of a customer and to another employee while I'm standing right there. She is extremely unprofessional. You DO NOT talk about a PAYING CUSTOMER like that!!!! Absolutely disgusting behavior by her. I immediately left all of the things I was going to buy and walked out. I will no longer be shopping here because you have such rude employees. Going to home depot from now on!

LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR THIS 5 STAR REVIEW IS FOR AN EMPLOYEE NAMED ANNA MARIE (I think that's her name )AND NOT THE STORE.this person is by far the best employee in this location. She always offers to help and if she doesn't know the answer she will find it. Has a great attitude and work ethics THIS STORE WOULD BENEFIT FROM HER IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION. she's the only reason why this location got a 5 star review today.
