Super disappointed with the place, I went with my husband on June 21 to change the tires on my baby's balance and alignment. We spent more than 6 hours waiting for it to be delivered and the information they gave was that they were waiting for Toyota to send the software. When they give us the bus they tell us that we must take the vehicle to the Toyota on 27 because they are the ones who download the software and that we are going to see a light bulb on the panel and that we could guide the car that way. Surprise, the panel had all the light bulbs on and it did not brake. and so we had to take the bus. The next day we woke up in the Toyota to have the problem fixed and bang, they never called and informed us that to change tires and align the tires we do not have to take the car to them. The release says that the vehicle must be diagnosed to see what happened. and informs us that they deprogrammed the car because two things could arise: they touched a sensor or they disconnected the battery to reset the computer. My husband had to pay $597.03 for the mistake they made at Midas. We went with the evidence to complain to Midas and to our surprise the manager was pedantic and did nothing. The most ironic thing was that my husband asked for Mida's address at the central level and the manager indicated that he did not know it. We took on the task of looking for the address and writing to him with evidence and until the moment of this writing no one has communicated with us.

Brought my vehicle in on 4/26/24 to have the exhaust replaced. I could tell as soon as I got it home that it was a shotty job as my exhaust pipes weren't level and my chrome tips were missing. I wired the tail pipes so they were level and would no longer hit my bumper while driving. Took off from work today because the pipe broke and the shop refused to work on it because "no one there could weld." How a muffler shop can operate with no welder is a mystery yet to be solved. Took my vehicle to a different shop to fix it and learned that the guy who did the initial repair removed the flex joint that attached to the engine manifolds, therefore putting additional stress on the new pipes. It took an additional $214 to fix the screwup of the original technician on top of the original $865 repair job, and a day's wages as I could not drive the vehicle to work with no exhaust system.
STAY AWAY FRIM THIS SHOP unless you want to be overcharged for repairs, pay someone else for fixing their mistakes, and take them to small claims court to get them to pay to have their errors corrected.

Poor customer service. Seems like those guys can't handle a volume of customers. I just walked out after what I seen. There are a lot of other places with big waiting rooms and won't have to stand in line for 15 mins

The men at Midas are so polite,respectful and very knowledge pertaing to there job.i have gone there several times for service to my car and today I took my daughter there for service to her car.Marcus,Leo,Henry.they always does a terrific job to our cars.that is the only place my family will continue to go to for service to our cars.My thanks goes out to those guys

Horrible! This place almost made me lose my car due to their mechanic forgetting to tighten the clamp for the radiator hose and my car started to overheat! Luckily I went to pep boys and they fixed the issue by doing a coolant check at no cost. I highly recommend only coming here for tire repairs nothing more. Their single mechanic can only handle so much!

Called today to find out what their manufacturer warranty was on parts. Was told that because their individual location buys their parts wholesale, it voids the manufacturer warranty and they only offer 90 days on parts (I’m only talking about parts here, not labor!). This is not industry standard where most mechanics guarantee a lifetime warranty on many parts. Attempted to call corporate office and got nowhere.

Had my Lincoln Town car in for some repairs and couldn't be happier. Marcus the service advisor was the consummate professional and my mechanic was both prompt and courteous and did an amazing job. I've been in the business for 30 years and I'll certainly be back. Thank you Marcus and the rest of the Midas crew. ?
