Deplorable customer service. Poor communication skills overall. I had to spend 35 minutes while depositing a check without receiving any feedback because the lady would not quite pinpoint what the perceived issue was. I was late for my next appointment because somebody did not know how to do their job.

Ive got to say I have rarely had a negative experience with anyone at any Midflorida in all the years I have banked with Midflorida. I feel appreciated and for that I am thankful. Your employees are helpful respectful and kind regardless the amount one has in their bank account.

The bank experience depends on where you live and your branch. Drive thru sometimes has long waits but on the inside my wait times are short regardless of which branch I go to (Kissimmee, Spirit Lake Crossings, Bartow).

New member and very disappointed.I always have to wait in these long lines and if I wanted to deposit cash through the ATM you need a envelope to do so. They never have any out which is a big inconvenience and when you ask them for some they tell you they are out and need to order more.

We were once again disappointed by the standards of Mid-Florida. Some months ago we were let down by a branch and I thought maybe it was just that local branch and decided to move on. So I decided to deal with another branch that I had dealt with. Well to my dismay it must be the standard now. Bait and switch, talk out of the side of your mouth, say one thing but yet do another. Processes that we have heard time and time again here. Once again it was repeated by another, it gets repeated here in text again. When will people listen an learn.Basically we underwent a process, it took a few days. They said it was running smoothly. It was only going to require a few things and it turned out that's not what they needed, it was something completely different. Corporate had other intentions and it was like a whole different set of rules came down despite everything that we presented was what they asked for.Lately, in the last few years corporations have forgotten these same people who have gotten older and retire or change modes, are those same people that used to be: Bank professionals. Insurance professionals. Lawyers. Paralegals. In their own right. so they know what they're talkin about when it comes to individual wants an needs. Consumer protection rights, Lending rights, State Banking Commission. Department of Insurance. And all rights thereof. Be they written or implied. All these things come into play without question.Another thing, the children of these professionals are unfairly manipulated. And who do you think taught those children their values...the same people who are being undermined. So with this new generation, comes the use of their new social media platforms, Blogging, Internet, and whatever the future may unfold before us, to inform the public and protect our rights.Do not test us...For we will go forward in stride.

can someone please fix the atm at this location ?????? takes 3 - 5 tries and then *sometimes* it works. 11/2 i gave up after 6 tries! it's always the same.

I have loved my experience with MIDFLORIDA for my checking and auto loans. But my credit card through them has been a nightmare. I have been a MIDFLORIDA member for over 10 years. But when my credit card had been defrauded back in February and I was told they would reimburse me I have got nothing but the run around. I have talked to every possible branch and even went in and talked to the assistant manager and still no results.Update. The problem has finally been fixed and I am changing my review.
