In house services are good, however phone services are horrible. Good luck on speaking to a human... I am typing this as I have been (and still) on hold for more than 45 minutes. This is crazy... This will force me to drive to the branch.

I have to give it 1 star because it makes me to, if not, I would have given it minus 10 (-10) stars. This is a bank that makes no sense. If you have a loan account for a car it does not let you pay only to the principal. We will look for another bank. This is extremely stupid.

they don’t have a drive thru- they have a drive stop. every single time i go to this drive thru i’m here for a minimum of 30 minutes. i went there yesterday and had 2 cars infront of me (all 5 lanes had a car) and was there for 46 minutes. had a car behind me after so long so it’s not like i could leave. huge waste of time every visit and the staff aren’t even nice about it lol

They are slow only one maybe two tellers always line to wait there ATM is so old school hardly ever works it crushed my fingers one day when I was trying to grab my money and then it stuck my money back into the machine had to wait 3 days before it was deposited back made me late on my bills . I think the best employee is the little old lady that makes popcorn ? I suggest Wellsfargo there machine let's you deposit monet right there so you don't have to wait in line for so long .

Sylvia Sheffield helped my girlfriend set up a credit card account, and offered to refinance her car at the same time. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and feels like she really loves her job.
