Yeah I don't live in Winter Haven or Polk county at all I was visiting my sister for her birthday. I decided that it would be a good idea to get gas to come back home instead of a complete fill up for the whole round trip. However the whole city does not allow pay at pumps. So the gas discount membership for Murphy's isn't a free one. It's the Walmart premium membership at $100 a year. However it's supposed to make purchasing at the pump simple and easy but that's not going to happen there and they don't care how much you pay for the convenience they're taking it away from you for sure. So the few pennies I save does not outweigh the price in yet I'm treated like I'm getting welfare. I had to pay at the hut and I could not use my Walmart membership. So I didn't I went to circle k same thing but it wasn't so upsetting that I could not use my circle k membership because I didn't pay a yearly membership for it. Doesn't matter how hard you work for something in this life or how much you pay for it there's always going to be something there ready to take it away from you.

This is the poorest excuse for a gas station, you can keep my points as I will never go back there, it was closed for months, then opened at limited times, they rarely have diesel fuel, most employees can not count change back, it is a pathetic operation and whoever is over this location should be fired immediately, if you want my opinion

Usually I have no problems but today 08/08/23 I had a bad bad experience I was on pump 20 put my Walmart # start pumping gas and I was told my pump wasn’t available and I had to paid $20 cause one of the 5 cashiers in put the wrong pump.. my husband went and paid the costumer’s money since “ it was on our pump” then I told her I will be okay she said yes.. I go pump and my Walmart plus don’t work it said paid cashier.. what’s the point of paying at the pump I went get one of the 5 attendance and she said try again I went in put all my info and Same thing I can’t pay at the pump… I go there and they tell me I had to pay at the cashier!? That’s why I’m at the pump!! And my card has 3 transactions and they cursed I’m cursed back.. hell no I’m not scared

I have been going to this station for several years, however today the pump said "see attendant" when I used my CC. Same card I always use. The attendant said "no, you can't use that card at the pump". I said I've always used the card there, she just said "nope". Very rude. I left and drove down the street, used that same card, worked fine. Very frustrated with Murphy in Winter Haven on 3rd (hwy 17).

Amazing customer service, I wish I would have gotten this individuals name. Arrived here to get gas, one employee was cleaning the pumps I’ve never seen this before! Actually cleaning and sanitizing, the other employee informed me to the deals going on one she saw that I had only picked up 1 red bull. Every-time I go to the Cypress Garden, Winter Haven Murphy, the individuals hide behind the register so u can’t see them, you always have to wait for them to be ready to ring you up! From now on, I found my Murphy, keep up the good work ladies, truly appreciate you guys!

Cashier not at their station. Out back hanging out with her friends in the truck instead. Had to track her down before I could pay. Then she was rude. 7pm on a sunday
