Great customer service, however after 4 months I went to rotate my tires and had to use a nut extractor on one of my lugnuts because it was tightened too much... The other lugs came off with a 24" breaker bar but couldn't be removed with a regular tire iron. Just be cautious they don't let the new guy for ham with the air wrench!

Was very friendly excellent customer service. I forgot the name of the tire that I got a quote for. And they instead of getting angry started asking me what I did remember about it and we were able to narrow it to two and I ended up (though wrong brand) ended up with ones that were better than the one I was for not much more exactly as I had planned. I was told the wait time until the car was done would be 45-1hr. But with in 40mins I had paid, and home relaxi)ng. It probably was really only about 30mins in truth. And they were the best service I have ever had. I don't normally understand cars but with their help I was able to get my problem fixed and under warranty.

Sunday is quite difficult to find an car maintenance facility in my area, but fortunately Pep Boys in Winter Haven was open. My car was in need for all tire replacement and it helped I made an appointment in advance to expedite our needs. We were welcomed with open arms and offered the tires to fit our car. Before the job started we were advised it would take 1.5 to 2 hours, because there was 1 car ahead of mine in the shop. The area has plenty of things to go to, some restaurants and other stores. Pep Boys does have a waiting room, but don't feel obligated to wait in their waiting room. Just give them your phone number, and they will call you when your car is done. Our job was done around the time as stated before and I was happy with the job that was done.

Was told my wipers were bad, batter was in the yellow, exterior lights were bad, and air filter were bad. I literally just installed all of those 2 nights before, so it was a complete lie. They said my cabin air filter needed changed too, but any Ford tech can tell you that in my 2006 Navigator, there isn't a way to change those or even check them. They aren't meant to be replaced in that model year. So beware of things they may try to sell you on, that they clearly never inspected.

This is the second time using them and both times were great. Great service. Completed in a reasonable time. Price is reasonable. I will be going back for other services.
