They dumped me very quickly at gate 21. I thought I'd get some sleep, but they didn't give me time. Thanks to Gary and Dereck. Very nice people.

Great service, when I make a delivery there, usually doors 21, and 22, I’m empty within 35 or 40 minutes.

This place is garbage. First, they charge you an incredible amount if you arrive after your appointment or if you don't have an appointment, ufff, don't even try, but anyway, in my case, I had an appointment at 9 AM and it's 12 noon and they haven't even assigned me a door, and when they finally assigned it to me, it arrived and they have another truck there. This place is a total lack of respect. Think twice before coming here again. It's useless.

Our semi truck marked, Freight Transit LLC, and trailer was unloaded today at Dock #21, Phoenix Logistics, Winter Haven, FL. To our pleasant surprise, the full truckload was completely removed from the trailer in just about an hour, which is far faster than the usual turnaround time.
The process was handled smoothly and efficiently, and much of that credit goes to employee Garry, who delivered the BOL. From the very start, Garry demonstrated courtesy, professionalism, and a positive attitude. He communicated clearly, was attentive to detail, and made the entire transaction seamless.
This high standard of service is exactly what is valued and appreciated at the loading dock. Garry’s excellent work ethic, respectfulness, and efficiency left a lasting impression, and we will remember him for his outstanding performance and dedication to customer service.

Overall a good experience for drivers. Staging area is really nonexistent. Just follow sign and do a turn around and park by fence if there is room. There may be space in the very back. But it was dark when I got there and didn't see it. Shipping/recieving said they opened at 6:30am but opened at 7:00am. Got a door immediately. Door 1 ,and was easy, but I was first in line. Driver got door 2 after I was docked and had no problem. You do have to swing out into the road a bit and watch the pole. If no traffic you can pull across both lanes of road and straight back. Loaded and loader came out and gave me paperwork in an hr and I was gone. The business next door was empty and I parked there . Not sure if business is open or not.
Employees are nice.
I saw restroom and vending machines next to office.

This is a lack of respect if you want to leave quickly there is a man who unloads at doors 18 and 19 who asks you for money if you give it to him he will unload from one no matter the line

This company employs reckless drivers on the road causing havoc in Atlanta with their poor driving skills while driving an 18-wheeler truck, especially USDOT#: 3348075.

Overnight parking. Get your walk on. Going to the office. Cool people.

As long as you have an Appointment, they will attend to you on time. The space to maneuver and leave is reduced and the instructions from the staff are somewhat confusing, in that they assign you a dock and it is occupied.

Not the best place to pick up, waisting a lot of time to driving around a yard and walking back and forward to office, and yes I had door 1 there is backing from street iff in door 2 is truck. Loading time was pretty decent around 40min.

Doors 1 and 2 off street and power pole by street for 2. Years tight along side of building. 150 lumper fee took com check. O/N park is only good thing. Go to left in gate and baxk to drop area to park. Walk 1/4mi back to office to check in. Wait for call. Walk back to office for paperwork, to pay lumper fee, and get a door. Go to door and wait for teuck to leave out of way. Watch street and power pole if doors 1-2. Not the worst place but not newbie friendly.

Almost everything here is great. Extremely nice employees, unloaded in about 20 minutes and overnight parking. The only problem is if u have dock 1 or 2 like a lot of reviews have said it is terrible. You can mostly get in to the door without using the street if no other truck is in the other door. Which is why it was overall ok getting in because I was by myself. I get it's an old place and trucks were probably smaller back when it originally opened. It is still extremely stupid trying to back in off a decently busy street. Even after all of that I still dont mind coming here because of how fast they unloaded and how nice they are.

This place and the people who run this place are ridiculous! This place is small on a busy road where it’s high volume of traffic and you have to back up from the road. Try not to come here if you can.
