QualiMed really helped me out during Hurricane Milton. Just hours before the storm we were in need of oxygen air compactors. Brenton had some available. Just 4 hours before the storm hit, they waited at the warehouse for us to pick them up. A+ service. ?

The staff was very helpful when I bought my Go Go Scooter. Then I needed a battery for it after 4 years and the staff came through again. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great place I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Working in the medical field, I deal with delivered medical equipment many times daily. Historically, Qualimed phone representatives have been disappointing and, at times, lacking knowledge, initiative and consistency. Today, I spoke with Marsha B. Not only did she answer the phone with intent, she identified herself and offered assistance with clear speech. She quickly resolved my order concerns and was friendly and professional. Thank you Marsha B! You deserve a shout out for great customer service skills :)

Five star service on a scooter purchase for an elderly friend of mine. He insisted on getting a four-wheel scooter, didn't like it the next day, and wanted me to return it no matter the cost. Took it into the shop and traded it for a three-wheel model. Everything was smooth as butter and we were treated with respect and dignity.

My mother is 90 and is on high flow oxygen. She stays very anxious about her condition as her life depends on her oxygen working properly. The people at QualiMed have been so kind and patient with her many phone calls and trips to her home. They're truly an outstanding company.
