During a time when it seems harder and harder to find a stellar Red Lobster with the true “Red Lobster” vibe and food, this place is still a good one. The food took a little long to come out, but it was perfectly done when it arrived. Our bartender / server was excellent. There were a lot of employees that just seem to be sort of loitering while the rest handle business. Overall I would recommend giving this location a try.

Prepare to sit and wait just to get a table even though there are not many guest. Rolls come out after dinner is served. Waiter/waitress lack of interest. We kept coming back hoping it was just a bad day but that was not the case. It has been horrible service each time. They need new management that has people skills and knows how to run a proper restaurant. I'm an easy guest, no demands etc. They even ran out of salads one day and something else which was a normal staple for red lobster. Would not recommend. So disappointing

I don't know if you have a shortage on cooks in this restaurant but this is the second time we have tried to eat here and the wait was RIDICULOUS. The first time we simply left after waiting so long but this time we actually did get our order taken. I should have read the recent reviews before coming back this time. I was told by the waitress that everyone else in the restaurant was waiting for their order also. This place needs to just close up.

Edit for today March the 30th.I guess I did not learn my lesson the last time and I went back thinking things would be different but no.I ordered the all you can eat shrimp and my waitress agreed that yes it was all you can eat. I ordered my first plate and when it came I ordered the second plate. The second plate never did show up, almost an hour later when everyone else had finished eating my second plate of shrimp arrived and I told her to kick rocks it was too late and I wanted my bill changed accordingly.They did slightly adjust the bill instead of paying $75 I only had to pay $67.I will not be returning to this Red lobster.The endless shrimp was a little higher priced this time then the last time it went up to $25. The food was really good but our waitress Angela was overwhelmed they were short staff and the cooks must have been short-staffed also because it was way too long in between orders of the endless shrimp. I mean if they can't deliver they shouldn't offer it on the menu. Everyone else had finished eating but since it took them so long to bring out five pieces of shrimp each time it took a long time for me to finish. But the food was very good our waitress was prompt and courteous and kept me in tea and bread and the meal was delicious

I will not go back here again. The food is ok although they can't seem to make up their mind on portion sizes. I think there was only one server for the entire restaurant while we were there, but she tried although our food came out backwards, entree first, then salad and we never got biscuits. The other time we went there recently there was yelling and crying between employees up at the bar in full view of the us. They need to get their act together.

We went for a small birthday dinner (6 people). It was a Friday evening, and it was not busy at all. I guess that should have been our 1st red flag. We waited a few minutes to be seated which was odd since the place was so empty, but no biggy. Once we were seated and given menus, our server took our drink order. I know they have to wait for alcoholic beverages to be given from the bar, but we could have at least been given our waters/teas. We had to ask for those after almost 10min and we still had to ask for the rest of our waters. One in our party asked if something could be substituted in place of shrimp (allergies) and we would pay an upcharge. It was an immediate NO. Not even a slight attempt to try and accommodate. And we've always been able to substitute in some way here before. Some meals were served cold, while others were given dirty utensils that looked like it was picked up off of someone's plate and wrapped in the napkin without washing. The servers seemed to not have much knowledge on the menu items and what they contain. And they didn't seem to even care to find out for you because anytime we asked a question, we were given a response with attitude. We asked for a manager who not only was the worse dressed person there (slacks and a stretched-out t shirt) he also seemed to not care too much. After a few back-and-forth conversations with the server and manager, we were comped some on our tabs, which was great. But it wasn't enough for us to return. The lack of customer service and communication between the manager and employees was just ridiculous. Now I need to go check my bank to make sure we weren't charged 3 different times, since we were given 3 different tabs due to comping, and apparently the server and manager didn't communicate on that.
