There is one female who does not know how to cut hair she didn’t cut my nephew hair right it was patchy and his line up wasn’t straight but I went back and told her to fix it. It wasn’t the best but it’s better than it was before. I paid 20 and tipped 5$ but I wasn’t happy. There is one guy who knows how to cut hair only I don’t know his name but if I go again it will only be by him it’s a Hispanic man

I always get the best service at sports clips Winter Haven. I’ve been going to see Karsen there for about two years and she’s always friendly. I highly recommend the MVP!

Checked in online and arrived in store. The stylist purged my name off the list as I walked in the door and told me I had to 45min after 4 people. Useless online check in and terible service. Won't go here again or recommend this location to anyone.

My husband and son both got really sharp haircuts. They do women's hair too so I got one too. Happy. Very nice stylists and welcoming place. Nice lounge area with tv and wifi access.

She cut it a little shorter than the picture and how I wanted but with how squirmy my 6 yr old is, she did a great job. Was quick and efficient.
